About our Fennel

Fennel is a wonderfully aromatic vegetable, with a crisp texture and a mild, slightly sweet, aniseed flavour. Its delicate fronds resemble feathery dill, while its bulb has a smooth, pale green or white surface. Fennel can be enjoyed raw in salads, roasted, or incorporated into a variety of dishes.
