Dark Horse has always been the roastery's single origin blend from Guatemala. The popularity of Dark Horse has allowed us to both build direct relationships with the coffee farmers and further explore what this exceptional coffee growing country has to offer. Beans from two farms, in two different regions in Guatemala have been carefully selected for their very distinctive flavours and fantastic taste. The roast profile used for Dark Horse brings a rich, caramelised and chocolatey body, finishing with a pleasant acidity - a characteristic typical of high-grown coffee. [not registered organic]
