Kale

Radish Bunches

China Rose and Black Spanish Radish, both larger winter radish. Delicious sliced raw in salads, pickled, or lightly sautéed for a milder flavour.

Cauliflower

Cauliflower is a wonderfully versatile vegetable with a mild, nutty flavour and a firm, creamy texture. It can be roasted until golden and caramelised, steamed for a delicate side dish, blended into soups, or even transformed into rice or mash as a lighter alternative to potatoes.

Purple Sprouting Broccoli

A seasonal favourite, purple sprouting broccoli brings colour and flavour to the plate. With tender stems, leafy greens and vibrant florets, it’s delicious simply steamed, roasted, or tossed into stir-fries and pasta.

Leeks

Leeks are a versatile and gently flavoured member of the allium family, offering a mild, sweet onion taste that becomes beautifully soft and buttery when cooked.
