Brussel Tops

Deliciously seasonal, with a slightly milder taste than sprouts. Wash & then stir fry in oil or butter until soft and glossy. A firm Sandy Lane Farm favourite.

Our mixed salad leaves continue to do well in the winter months, growing under the shelter of our poly tunnels. Enhanced with mustard leaf and herbs, a delicious addition to your meal.

Leeks

Leeks are a versatile and gently flavoured member of the allium family, offering a mild, sweet onion taste that becomes beautifully soft and buttery when cooked. Their long white stems and tender green tops make them perfect for soups, stews, gratins, and tarts, or simply braised in butter and herbs as a side dish.

Squash Box

A great value bumper box of our favourite squash and pumpkin varieties. All are culinary - use for soups, deserts, roast veg and even gnocchi. Should store on display for months - enjoy the autumnal treat for the eyes and taste buds.
