Winter Salad

Our mixed salad leaves continue to do well in the winter months, growing under the shelter of our poly tunnels. Enhanced with mustard leaf and herbs, a delicious addition to your meal.

Crown Prince

Crown Prince squash has dense, deep-orange flesh with a rich, sweet, chestnut-like flavour. Excellent for roasting, soups and purées, it keeps its shape well when cooked.

Stir Fry Greens

Mustard and oriental greens leaf are bold and spicy with a sharp, peppery heat. Tender leaves add punch to salads when young, and mellow beautifully when cooked, bringing warmth and depth to stir-fries, soups and braises.

Parsnips

Parsnips are a sweet, earthy root with a creamy texture when cooked. Their natural sugars caramelise beautifully when roasted, making them a comforting staple for mashes, soups and winter dishes.
